• Pre-bid meeting is strongly recommended for contractors intending to bid as prime. December 19, (CST) 9:00-11:00 a.m. at project location. Bring flashlights to inspect structures.
• Questions/RFI’s to be submitted thru Quest CDN by January 6 for on-line shared answers or possible addendum posted by January 9.
• Historical renovation of home and livery, including masonry work, carpentry, plumbing, concrete, interior refinishing, roofing, sitework.
• Proven Historical Renovation experience is required in submittal. Submit previous project examples.
