Three public hearings have been scheduled for the Jan. 8, 2026 Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment and Appeals (BOAA) meeting. A hearing will be held to discuss:
- Conditional Use Permit to allow exterior storage at 1555 Maras Street in the Light Industry (I-1) zoning district.
- Conditional Use Permit to allow vehicle repair for an automotive detailing/body repair service at 7480 County Road 101 E in the Heavy Industry (I-2) zoning district.
- Planned Unit Development Amendment to allow additional permanent exterior signage at the Mystic Lake Amphitheater at 712 Canterbury Road in the Major Recreation (MR) zoning district.
