Two public hearings will be held at the Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment and Appeals (BOAA) meeting. A hearing will be held to discuss:
- Conditional Use Permit to allow an overheight fence in the front yard at 5005 Dean Lakes Blvd in the Business Park (BP) zoning district.
- Preliminary and Final Plat to subdivide a 4.43 acre lot into two lots at 8100 Old Carriage Ct in the Highway Business (B-1) zoning district with a PUD Overlay.
