One public hearing has been scheduled for the July 9, 2026 Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment and Appeals (BOAA) meeting. A hearing will be held to discuss:
- A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) request from Barr Engineering to allow the construction of a potable water booster station which will be owned and operated by Shakopee Public Utilities at the southwest corner of Blue Spruce Drive and Wood Duck Trail (part of PID 275470760) in the R-1B zoning district.
