One public hearing has been scheduled for the July 10 Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment and Appeals (BOAA) meeting. A hearing will be held to discuss:
- Zoning Map Amendment and Preliminary & Final Plat request to rezone the property from Agricultural Preservation (AG) to Urban Residential (R1B) and create 31 single family residential lots on approximately 13.43 acres served by the future extension of Avon Lane on PID 279160090.
