Reporting Infrastructure Emergencies
The Public Service Request System is for non-emergency requests; it is not monitored 24 hours a day. Emergency requests, such as sewer backups and power outages, should be reported to the appropriate authority immediately rather than reported here.

How to Report a Non-Emergency Issue:
Use the Public Service Request System to report issues like potholes, downed trees, graffiti on public property, code violations, and parks maintenance.
- Register and sign in to make your report
- Type the address in the search bar or drop a pin on the map in the location of the issue
- Provide a brief summary of the issue
- Submit your report
- A City staff person will address your report in the next 48 business hours
