In preparation for Election Day Nov. 3, the public is invited to observe a public accuracy test at 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22 in the Council Chambers at City Hall. Minnesota statute requires these tests within 14 days of an election in order to demonstrate the accuracy of the computer programs and voting systems to be used at the election.
