A special City Council meeting was scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 17 to hold a public hearing and award the sale of general obligation tax abatement bonds in the proposed amount of $31,845,000. The bonds will be used to finance construction of a new two-sheet ice arena and remodeling of the existing Community Center.
