The City’s outdoor skating rinks and warming house are set to open Monday, Jan. 18. Warming houses will be open from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 1 to 8 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays through mid-February, weather depending.  Warming houses at Scenic Heights Park will only be open over the weekend.
