Shakopee Skate Park users are invited to attend an open house meeting at 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11 at the Shakopee Community Center to discuss the future of the skate park.

The skate park  must be relocated to make room for construction of the new Shakopee Ice Arena. Skate park users will have an opportunity to discuss the pros and cons of existing park, whether to reuse the park or add new features, type of park, timeline and temporary site.
