Minnesota voters gather Tuesday, March 1 for local precinct caucuses. Precinct caucuses are meetings organized by Minnesota’s political parties through which each party begins its process of selecting candidates and policy positions for the 2016 election.
Unlike elections, which are run by local and state government election officials, precinct caucuses are run by political parties.
