The City Council, Scott County Board and Jackson Town Board will meet in a joint session at 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 22 at the Scott County Government Center to discuss issues related to the West End plan, West End annexation and the Highway 169/41/69 interchange. The meeting will not be televised live.
