In celebration of National Parks and Recreation Month in July, the Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a new family friendly event, Parks and Recreation's Big Fun Day!

Swing by Huber Park from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, July 30 for free, fun activities for all ages. Get wet with several water-themed events or create fun sidewalk art for a chance to win a cool recreation prize pack. Activities include Splash Pad, slip-n-slide, water relays and games, food carts, face paint/temporary tattoos, craft table, bounce house and more.

Afterward, grab your popcorn and lawn chairs and settle in for a Movie in the Park, as part of the Huber Park Performance & Event Series.
