Half-Way, Half-Pay Day at SandVenture

Join SandVenture Aquatic Park for this special day on Wednesday, July 13 that marks the halfway point of the summer aquatic season.
On this day only, you will be able to purchase a SandVenture membership at 50-percent off the original price (Community Center members do not receive additional discount) or receive half off your daily fee for this day only. Does not apply to punch cards.
Submission Guidelines
Eligible organizations may request that the city promote events using city communication tools. Events must be open to the public and community oriented. Posting of event information is based on available space and available staff resources to make the posting. A request to display an event does not guarantee that it will be posted.
Eligible organizations are government organizations; Shakopee-based, not-for-profit or nonprofit entities; and city-recognized service organizations and athletic associations affiliated with the Shakopee Parks and Recreation Department.
City staff will not be responsible for the design of promotional materials. Ongoing or recurring events (i.e. monthly or weekly events) will not be posted. The city reserves the right to edit message information for space, clarity or content. If the city requires edits, city staff will inform the individual making the request.
