Come cheer on the Shakopee Fire Department as it competes against nearby departments in its annual Water Fights competition beginning at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5 on Fuller Street between Second and Third Avenues.

Before the water fights, the fire department will be hosting a splash pad from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Families will also be able to tour a fire truck and check out firefighting equipment.
