The City Council meets at 7 p.m. the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Meetings are televised on Shakopee Government TV and live-streamed through the city's website.  Agendas are posted the Friday before each meeting at www.ShakopeeMN.gov/agendasandminutes.

Property owners will have an opportunity to comment on the proposed 2019 levy and budget during the meeting. Property owners can directly address the City Council with questions and concerns regarding the proposed property tax levy, as well as the 2019 city budget.
