Celebrate the 50th year of SandVenture Aquatic Park with a birthday celebration Saturday, June 30.

SandVenture opened to the public in June 1969. The park has been a popular gathering spot for Shakopee and surrounding families for many years.

To celebrate its 50th year, join us at SandVenture from 1 to 4 p.m. for Freezies, games, sand castle contest, drawings, DJ and more fun. Half-off memberships and $2 admission all day.
