Bring your family and friends to the Shakopee Community Center and Shakopee Ice Arena for a night of Halloween fun with costume contests, bounce houses, Cosmic Zumba, ice skating, crafts, games and the Spooky Not Scary Magic Show by Magician Brian Richards.
