Help celebrate and strengthen neighborhood and community partnerships, particularly between residents and their local law enforcement.

Shakopee Parks and Recreation is hosting a noon-hour Noon to Unite event for 55+ active older adults and their families from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7 in the Community Center front parking lot. The event is intended to generate support and participation in crime prevention, as well as strengthen community spirit and public safety partnerships.

Advance registration is required using program code SE 807 at www.ShakopeeMN.gov/registration or in person at the Community Center. Registration deadline is July 31.

Bring your lawn chair. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held in the Community Room.
