The Planning Commission will hold a special meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 21 to continue items extended from the May 7 agenda. These items include public hearings for:

A planned unit development and preliminary plat of Summerland Place
A preliminary plat of Windermere South Third Addition
Annexation of 88 acres located at the southwest corner of County Highway 78 and County Highway 79 and rezoning the parcel as Rural Residential (RR) District

Public comments may be made online in advance at www.shakopeemn.gov/government/mayor-city-council/agendas-minutes/public-comment or contact the case manager listed with each project. The public will be allowed to attend the meeting in person, practicing social distancing and health safety. You will be able to make your comment in person and answer any questions of the Board or Commission and then leave the building.

Meetings are televised on Shakopee Government TV and live-streamed through the city's website. Agendas are posted the Friday before each meeting at www.ShakopeeMN.gov/agendasandminutes.
