The City Council meets at 7 p.m. the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Meetings are televised on Shakopee Government TV and live-streamed through the city's website. Agendas are posted the Friday before each meeting at www.ShakopeeMN.gov/agendasandminutes. 

This particular meeting was moved to a Wednesday due to the Tuesday, March 5 primary election.
