The City is starting a new multi-year program to protect its streets and strengthen privately owned sanitary sewer lateral pipes. The Lateral Pipe Rehabilitation Program will strengthen pipes by inserting a new pipe in the existing lateral sanitary sewer pipe. An informational meeting for homeowners in the 2015 project area (Monroe, Madison, Jefferson and Quincy Streets between 10th and 12th Avenues) will be at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 24 in the City Council Chambers.
