Join the Parks & Recreation Department for an exciting morning of fishing in Lions Park!

This event for ages 5 to 15 includes fishing, refreshments, goodies, games, prizes and more. The first 100 registrants receive a free rod/reel combo. No experience is necessary; all gear will be provided.

Let's Go Fishing runs from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 27 and is sponsored by the Shakopee Lions Club, Department of Natural Resources' Fishing in the Neighborhood Program, the Outdoor Heritage Education Center, Parks & Recreation and Terry Hennen's Sports Stop. Space is limited; register early.

Register online with program code YP627. Youth under 5 must be accompanied by an adult. Program fee is $5.
