The Shakopee Police Department, in partnership with SafeKids.org, is offering a free child and booster seat safety clinic. Certified technicians will teach you how to install and use child restraints correctly, as well as answer any questions. The next event will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 19 at Fire Station 1, 2700 Vierling Drive E.
