Absentee voting for the 2015 General Election begins Friday, Sept. 18 at the Scott County Elections Office, 200 Fourth Ave. W., Shakopee. Voters do not need an excuse to vote by absentee ballot. Applications are also available at www.mnvotes.org. Absentee voting continues through Nov. 2.

Absentee voting is not available at City Hall.
