Proposed ordinance rezoning 47 properties to Parks and Open Space (PO) District

The City Council will be asked at its Jan. 19, 2021, meeting to consider adopting Ordinance O2021-001 [PDF] approving the rezoning of 47 parcels which are currently used as parks and/or open space to the Parks and Open Space District. 

Notices were duly posted and a public hearing was held before the Planning Commission on Jan. 7, 2021, at which time all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard and the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council that the proposed text amendment be adopted.
