At its May 5 meeting, the City Council awarded a contract in the amount of $138,143 to BKJ Land Co. for the 2021 Alley Reconstruction Project. The project includes reconstructing the alleys between First and Second Avenues with concrete from Lewis Street to Fuller Street.
