The city will be celebrating Arbor Day with a tree sale open to all Shakopee residents. Online pre-order sales will run from Monday, March 25, 2024, through Friday, April 19, 2024. To order, visit www.ShakopeeMN.gov/registration and click on the "City Tree Sale" tab.

Trees can be picked up at Public Works, 400 Gorman St., from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2024.

• You must be a Shakopee resident to purchase a tree.
• Trees MUST be planted in Shakopee.
• Limit two trees per household, as a limited number of trees are available.
• All trees are in containers. Deciduous trees are typically 6'-12' tall with a 1-2" trunk; Conifers are 2'-3' tall.
• Call 811 two business days before you dig (identify underground hazards, free!)
• Review Tree Care planting guidance
• Trees should be planted within 24 hours of pickup.
• No warranty with purchase; no refunds.

Pre-ordered trees must be picked up in the Public Works yard between 1-3 p.m. Saturday, April 27 at the Public Works Building, 400 Gorman St.
