The streets in the project areas have substantial pavement distress and failure. The improvements will include a full depth reclamation of the streets and upgrading pedestrian curb ramps in the project area to meet current ADA standards.

A new bituminous trail along Stagecoach Road will be constructed, and additional storm sewer and other improvements will be evaluated and included with this project.

This project is estimated to cost $2,600,000. Funding will come from a variety of sources:

• Special assessments to benefitting properties
• Capital Improvement Fund
• Storm Drainage Fund
• Sanitary Sewer Fund
• Shakopee Public Utilities
